IFCE Background

International Federation for Certification and Education ( IFCE ) background:

Management System Certification, education and training is an important new area in standardization, and ISO 29993, ISO 27001 is a significant step forward in international standards development.

ISO 29993 and ISO 27001 is an international standard specifying basic requirements for providers of learning services in Formal and non-formal education and training. Non-formal education and training takes place outside the school and university degree system. Examples include workplace and on-the job training, adult education, and life-long learning. Formal education and training take place inside the school and university degree system.

New methods and agreed criteria are needed for assessing conformity with such standards. International Federation for Certification and Education ( IFCE ) members aim to ensure that good certification and support services are available to users of standards in education and training.

International Federation for Certification and Education ( IFCE ) Accreditation Scheme:

Accreditation is an endorsement of a certification body’s independence, integrity and technical competence. Most importantly, accreditation provides a certification body with a trust mark and confidence to offer its services nationally and globally. International Federation for Certification and Education ( IFCE ) accredited first certification body for Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), OHS & FSMS in 2016.
